I haven’t use this battery a lot, but so far the battery life that it provides to my computer is abyssmal, is about 1 hour and a half!!! my old damaged battery lasted that much, and was precisely the reason why i changed it, I’m dissapointed at this battery…. 9 cells my %&s

More life than expected for an old laptop.
I also changed my hard disk for an SSD and now get 5 plus hours of running time on it.
Great buy, no need to purcahse from Dell.

I have a Dell XPS M1210 exactly what this battery is supposed to be for and sure enough, out of the box it does not work. Noted greasy fingerprints on the battery so it’s been out of the package before and probably not new. Have been through a couple batteries from Dell, both the extended and the original battery…I am not going to fool with my bios as some have suggested…may take it to a friend to look at it…but as far as I can tell, this battery doesn’t work and I wonder if it ever did…and I also wonder about the nasty greasy fingerpints on it.
Anyway, contacted the seller, waiting for reply. Shipping was quick, and included were a return envelope and shipiing label – kinda tells me that they knew it wasn’t going to work in the first place. Very disappointed.

As good as I could’ve hoped for. Long lasting and identical to the OEM battery. Came on time and was wrapped professionally.
