    is the 15.6 inch screen noticeably smaller then a 17 inch? I like the specs of the dell but I am worried about the screen size.

    @productfeedback wow, you can get this for $999 now at bestbuy with an i5 processor and normal LED 1600×900 with the exact same other specs you listed :)

    it was the reply before windows 7 came out, if you ordered the laptop before with vista, just register from the dell website they will send the windows7 …

    they give free upgrade anyway if you register your computer. however it took about a month to get it.. lol..

    The high resolution is awesome, especially when working in photoshop and doing side by side comparisons for uni work.

    well…it’s essencial that u choose a high dpi when working at that res…the pixels must be super small. luckily for u win7 looks even better on high dpi unlike xp that makes everything look more “serrated”.

    It doesn’t matter, you are still provided with a windows 7 key and disc when it is released. I already have the full version anyway. :D
